Magic Wok, 3401 S US Hwy 41 (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Crab Rangoon, eggrolls and sweet and sour chicken not marked with time; Bourbon chicken on steam table found at 121 degrees – should be 135 or above; Observed employee wash utensils in sink and not sanitize after washing.
