Terre Haute Brewing Company, 401 S 9th St- (3 Critical, 2 Non- Critical) Observed pink and yellow debris on ice machine chute.  Onion straws and blanched fries sitting out at room temperature, not marked with time of consumption. Beer cheese and fish batter at room temperature, should be 41 degrees or less.
