![]() Indiana State Police INDIANAPOLIS- Early this morning around 3:15 a.m., the Indiana State Police responded to the ramp from I-465 southbound to Pendleton Pike on a report of a person shot. It appears the victim, 31-year-old William Dullen, of Indianapolis, was a passenger in a silver Ford Crown Victoria, and suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The driver of that car, 29- year- old Brandon McKinney of Indianapolis, was not injured and was arrested on an unrelated traffic warrant. According to McKinney, the shots were fired from a red Dodge Charger. After the gunfire the silver Crown Victoria spun out of control on the ramp and struck a guardrail. Dullen was transported to Methodist Hospital and has since been released. Anybody with information about this incident is asked to contact the Indiana State Police at 317-899-8577. This is an ongoing investigation and there is no further information available at this time. Comments are closed.
