WHITLEY COUNTY -- The Whitley County Sheriff is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Churubusco, Indiana. 

Churubusco, Indiana is located approximately 16 miles north of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Richard C. Adams is a 78 year old white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 220 lbs., with grey hair and blue eyes. Mr. Adams was last seen Thursday, May 12, at 3:45 pm EST in Churubusco.

Adams is believed to be in danger and in need of medical attention. Richard C. Adams was last seen wearing dark colored pants, and a shirt of unknown color. He is believed to be driving a white, 2014 Dodge Journey with Indiana plate D487QY .
