NEW ALBANY -- The New Albany Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from New Albany, Indiana. New Albany is located approximately six miles north of Louisville, Kentucky.

Lauren Nicole Battles is a 22- year -old white female, 5- feet 6 -inches in height, weighing 175 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing pink and purple pajama pants, a grey hooded sweatshirt and no shoes. Lauren Nicole Battles was last seen today at 8:28 am EST, in New Albany, Indiana and is believed to be in danger and in need of medical attention. Ms. Battles is believed to be traveling on foot.
