Indiana Central News VERMILLION COUNTY- A woman and three children were injured in a two-vehicle crash on SR 63 in Vermillion County Friday afternoon. According to the Vermillion County Sheriff's Office, the four were transported to a nearby hospital with injuries that appear to be non-life threatening. Emergency crews responded to the scene in Cayuga just after 3 p.m. Leo Boelign, 30, of Saint Anne, Ill , was ssouthbound in a 2016 red Ford Explorer truck when he struck a pickup truck as he was attempting to cross SR 63, officials said. Boelign refused medical treatment at the scene. A woman passenger and three children in the vehicle were tranported by ambulance to the hospital. Steven Roshel, 52, of West Terre Haute, was driving a 2018 white Ford F-150 pickup truck, owned by Wabash Valley Asphalt. He was eastbound on SR 234, entering the intersection of SR 63. He told Deputy Nick Hall he did not see the Explorer attempting to cross SR 63 when the crash occurred. Comments are closed.
