Indiana Central News SULLIVAN COUNTY - A Sullivan man is accused of possessing child pornography. Nathaniel A. Privette, 24, was booked into the Sullivan County Jail Thursday and charged with possession of child pornography, a Level 5 felony. The investigation began when a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) was received by The Indiana State Police. Indiana State Police Sgt. Matt Ames said that the suspect was located and interviewed prior to a search warrant being issued. "As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained through the Sullivan Superior Court and served this morning at a residence located on St. Clair Street in Sullivan, Ind.," Ames said. -- Anyone having any information related to crimes against children are encouraged to contact their local law enforcement agency or visit the NCMEC website at http://www.missingkids.com/home and find the link to make a CyberTipline report. Indiana Central News CLAY COUNTY - A Brazil man and woman are in jail after allegedly engaging in sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 16. Jonathan R. Randall, 37, and Darla K. Randall, 56, were both booked into the Clay County Jail Firday, where they are charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 4 felony and neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 felony. The Clay County Department of Child Services had recently contacted the Indiana State Police to investigate the allegations. Sgt. Matt Ames of the ISP, explained that following further investigation and the executing a search warrant, the suspects were arrested at that time. |
