Indiana Central News PUTNAM COUNTY -- A Colorado woman was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop along Interstate 70 in Putnam County this afternoon.
Isabella M. Wise, 61, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was booked into the Putnam County for possession of methamphetamine (felony); possession of marijuana (misdemeanor); possession of paraphernalia (misdemeanor), and visiting a common nuisance (misdemeanor.)
According to Sgt. Joe Watts, an Indiana State Police trooper from the Putnamville Post stopped a gold 1993 Buick sedan for an alleged headlight violation on eastbound I- 70 near the 37 mile marker just before 1 p.m. After talking to the driver, to a search of the vehicle was conducted. "Approximately four grams of suspected methamphetamine, approximately 10 grams of suspected marijuana, assorted illegal drug smoking pipes and 20 empty prescription containers," were found in the Buick's interior, Watts said Comments are closed.
