![]() Police say a Terre Haute man led them on a pursuit that ended in the Wabash River, after a domestic call at a northside residence yesterday. Brandon G. McAllallister, 29, was booked into the Vigo County Jail at around 9:50 p.m. last night. McAllister remains held on the following charges: PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION- RESISTING LAW ENFORCEMENT; Criminal Recklessness - Use when def. committed aggressive driving; resisting law enforcement - same, but the defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon, inflicts bodily injury on another, or operates a vehicle in a manner creating a substantial risk of injury to another person; MOTOR VEHICLE- RECKLESS DRIVING; MOTOR VEHICLE- LEAVING THE SCENE OF A CRASH- INJURY CRASH; MOTOR VEHICLE- LEAVING THE SCENE OF A CRASH- PROPERTY DAMAGE CRASH; Burglary of a dwelling CASH ONLY -- NO 10% -- $35,000.00; Theft - Basic theft offense. McAllister reportedly drove a pick-up truck into the water, near First Street. He will appear in Div. 1 Superior Court next week. Comments are closed.
