Indiana Central News PUTNAM COUNTY -- Two people were arrested on felony drug charges following a traffic stop in Putnam County this morning. The driver, Dolores Domenica Johnston, 45, of Chandler, Ariz. and her passenger, Jace M. Earnest, 22, of New York, N.Y. were booked in the Putnam County Jail on preliminary charges of dealing marijuana. An Indiana State Police Trooper from the Putnamville District stopped the 2018 Ford Expedition SUV for following another vehicle too closely on eastbound Interstate 70 near the 36 mile marker around 10 a.m. Several indicators of possible criminal activity were observed during the traffic stop. Sgt. Joe Watts explained that drugs with an estimated street value of $10,500 were found inside the SUV during a subsequent search, including:
