Indiana Central News VERMILLION COUNTY -- A Terre Haute man was arrested on drug-related charges after Vermillion County deputies say he was driving impaired late Friday night. Jeremy J. According to the Vermillion County Sheriff's Office, East was showing signs of impairment, traveling at low rate of speed and making unsafe lane movements. Officers ultimately found a small amount of marijuana on the suspect and a subsequent K-9 sniff of the vehicle helped deputies locate morphine pills and a loaded firearm.
