THPD investigating overpass crash involving motorcycle

Emergency crews were dispatched to a crash involving a motorcycle on Terre Haute's north side Saturday night.

According to scanner traffic, one person suffered serious injuries in the crash in the northbound lanes of the overpass on N. Third Street near Locust Street aournd 10 p.m.

Information is limited at this time; However, the Terre Haute Police Department accident reconstruction team remained on scene for more than an hour.

Semi truck rolls over at busy eastside intersection

Emergency crews were dispatched to a semi truck rollover crash Thursday morning on Terre Haute's east side.

The Terre Haute Police Department is investigating the crash that occurred at the intersection of Wabash and Fruitridge Avenues around 10:30 a.m. No serious injuries were reported.

The semi and tractor trailer came to a rest on its passenger side on the curb. It sustained heavy damage.

The Terre Haute Fire Department and Duke Energey asssisted at the scene.
