Indiana Central News A bomb threat investigation is underway tonight after crews responded to a multi-occupancy house fire on the city's north side. Terre Haute Fire Department crews were dispatched to a residence at N. 13th and Locust Streets just after 9 p.m. Smoke was seen coming from the structure Residents nearby reported they heard two explosions, one at the first location and one from the area of N. 15th Street and First Avenue a short time later. Terre Haute Police and the Indiana State Police bomb squad are at the scene. According to scanner traffic, a suspect is barricaded in a residence where the second explosion was heard. The THPD Special Response Team is at the scene at the time of this report, 11: 15 p.m. This is a developing story and information is limited. However, no injuries have been reported.
