Bell, 47, was taken into custody by the Indiana State Police and booked into the Vigo County Jail around 10:30 p.m. He is charged with domestic battery and interfering in the reporting of a crime. Bell allegedly kicked his wife in the chest and "knocked her back into the wall behind her," as his wife and another son attempted to break up the two fighting on the floor. Police were dispatched to the S.
