Driver crashes into parked car on Wabash Avenue

The Terre Haute Police Department was dispatched to a crash on Wabash Avenue this afternoon, with no injuries reported.

THPD arrived at the scene near 14th Street, where a woman allegedly slammed her silver passenger car into the back of a parked white passenger car.

A witness at the scene said the woman in the silver car stated she "was not wearing her glasses and was not paying attention" when she crashed into the parked car around 2 p.m.

The silver car sustained heavy front end damage. The white car sustained heavy rear end damage.
