Indiana Central News Emergency crews responded to a crash at a liquor store on Terre Haute's north side late last night that injured one person. The Terre Haute Police Department and Terre Haute Fire Department responded to Big Red Liquors in the 2200 block of Lafayette Avenue just before 11 p.m. on a report of a pickup truck hitting two parked cars and the southwest side of store. The driver reportedly stated he had blacked out and did not recall striking the vehicles and building. He was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation and treatment of minor injuries. The police department has not released further information on the incident. The building sustained minor damage. Comments are closed.
