Damond De-Angelo Cobb Jr. , 21, was booked into the Vigo County Jail, where he is charged with dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana - both felonies.
Indiana State Police Trooper Michael Organ stopped the southbound passenger car on S. Seventh Street near Washington Street around 8:30 p.m. Sgt. Joe Watts explained that the trooper searched the vehicle after talking with the driver --- finding multiple bags of marijuana stored in the vehicle’s trunk after seeing trace amounts of the substance in the passenger compartment. "The total weight of the 20 bags of marijuana was approximately 1 ¼ pound," he said. Cobb's passenger was not charged and was released from the scene. ISP Trooper Courtland Woodruff assisted Organ at the scene. Comments are closed.
