Terre Haute man facing rape allegation

Sullivan/Vigo County Jail

Aaron Sullivan, 22, of Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant yesterday after Vigo County Prosecutor Terry Modesitt, on behalf of the state, filed formal charges with affidavit of probable cause granted for allegations of rape.

Sullivan was booked into the Vigo County Jail at 4 p.m. The suspect is charged with level 3 felony rape. He is being held at this time on $75,000 bond, no 10 percent allowed.

Represented by attorney Joseph Etling, the suspect appeared for an initial hearing this morning in Vigo County Div. 1 Court.
