-- By Lucy Perry Indiana Central News The Terre Haute Police Department is seeking information on an early morning northside convenience store robbery after the attendant reported a man without shoes and socks on and with his face covered fled from the scene. According to Assistant Chief Shawn Keen, the attendant at the Jiffy gas station, located at 1560 N.25th St., reported that " a black male wearing a light colored bandanna on his face entered the store and demanded cash." "No weapon was displayed. The suspect was described as thin build and barefoot," Keen said, adding that the suspect fled on foot from the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. The case is under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact the Terre Haute Police Department at 812 238-1661. Comments are closed.
