UPDATE- UPDATE - UPDATE - Samuel L. Nardi, 32, and Katherine Thomas, 32, were booked into the Vigo County Jail at around 4 p.m. today and face charges in the three recent robberies in Terre Haute. They are also both charged with four counts of neglect of a dependent. See related story.
-- See related story -- By Lucy Perry Indiana Central News The Terre Haute Police Department is investigating two early morning armed robberies on the city's north side . Officers were dispatched to the first reported armed robbery yesterday at the gas station located at N.25th and Eighth Avenue at around 1:30 a.m. The second reported armed robbery occurred today the gas station at Third Street and Third Avenue around at 5 a.m.. Police are seeking information on a man believed to be the suspect in both incidents. He is described as a white male, last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, jeans and black shoes --possibly boots. He also had a white bandanna and was armed with a handgun. "We are seeking the identity of the noted individual in both robberies." Public Information Officer Ryan Adamson said, referring to a surveillance image of the suspect.
