UPDATE 9/10/21: TERRE HAUTE POLICE DEPARTMENT - THPD Investigators made two arrests in reference to a string of armed robberies. These robberies occurred at the Marathon at 13th and Locust and Big Red Liquors located at 226 N 13th St. Jacob A. Wilson, 23, of Terre Haute, was arrested and charged with armed robbery. Additionally, a 17 -year- old male juvenile has been arrested and charged with two counts of armed robbery. --- By Lucy Perry Indiana Central News The Terre Haute Police Department is investigating another armed robbery this week. Officers were dispatched to N. 13th and Chestnut Streets on a report of the armed robbery Thursday just after 11 p.m. Several units responded to Big Red Liquors and the surrounding area. The suspect fled prior to officers' arrival. Not further information is available at this time, as the investigation is underway. A previous armed robbery in the same neighborhood occurred at a gas station Tuesday morning at N. 13th and Locust Streets. That suspect also fled prior to officers' arrival. Comments are closed.
