By Lucy Perry Indiana Central News A Terre Haute Police Department investigation is underway after an attack on a gas station attendant late last nigt on the city's north side. Officers were dispatched to the Jiffy Mini Mart on N. 25th Street at midnight. Terre Haute Fire Department ambulance also responded to the scene to treat the clerk for related injuries. Initially, the call came out as a possible robbery. Ultimately, emergency crews were called following a confrontation that turned physical, police say. Witnesses said several males and one female -- all juveniles-- were in the suspect vehicle. Information is limited at this time; however, the suspects fled the scene in a silver passenger car, according to scanner traffic. Comments are closed.
