THPD investigating report of stabbing

Emergency crews were dispatched to a northside gas station on a report of a stabbing just before 11 p.m. tonight.

Terre Haute Fire Department crews arrived at the Jiffy Mini Mart located at North 25th Street and and Eighth Avenue. Moments later, the crews were then seen rushing to a nearby residence --- just two blocks north of the original call. Terre Haute Police were at the scene at Beech Street and Hendricks Street. A patient was observed being brought to the ambulance by paramedics at the scene near the intersection.
