Indiana Central News With the help of Indiana State University police, a Terre Haute Police Department investigation into two state police squad car break-ins and one auto theft has netted the arrests of two juveniles -- while detectives continue to seek information on a third juvenile suspect. According to THPD Public Information Officer Ryan Adamson, Indiana State University Police arrested two of the suspects in the area of S.Seventh and Park Streets yesterday. One suspect is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, auto theft, resisting law enforcement and possession of stolen property. The second juvenile is charged with auto theft, resisting law enforcement and possession of stolen property. Adamson explained that the alleged theft occurred in the 400 block of S.19th Street on Monday around 10 p.m., with the suspects then proceeding to a house on Chase Street. Shots reportedly were fired into the air at that location, while the suspects stood in the roadway. At around 6:15 a.m. yesterday, ISU Police pursued the suspect vehicle,, ultimately apprehending the two juveniles, Adamson said, noting police are still looking for the third juvenile suspect.
