Police say a man's vehicle was vandalized after he reportedly confronted the suspect about littering on a local fast food restaurant parking lot early Saturday morning.
Officers of the Terre Haute Police Department were dispatched to 3606. S US 41 in reference to a criminal mischief just before 1 a.m., after the suspect allegedly used a knife and attacked the victim's pick-up truck. "The victim confronted [ Logan Frets, 28] about the trash at which time Logan 'lost it' and stabbed the hood of the victims truck with a knife," Public Information Officer Ryan Adamson said this morning. The victim informed police that he saw the suspect throw trash on the McDonalds parking lot. Officers were able to speak with the suspect about the incident at the scene, Adamson said, noting that the victim did not wish to press charges at the time of the incident. Comments are closed.
