Indiana Central News A traffic stop in Terre Haute landed one woman in jail on drug charges yesterday. Stacey L. Dooley-Figg, 48, of Brazil, was booked into the Vigo County Jail and charged with:
She reportedly consented to a search of the vehicle, in which the state trooper found drug paraphernalia and 4 grams of methamphetamine, Indiana State Police Sgt. Matt Ames said. According to the report, Trooper Gerrald Stump was patrolling near US 41 and Poplar Street around 11:30 a.m., when he stopped the Mitsubishi passenger car. The trooper checked on the suspect's driver’s license and found that Dooley-Figg had a suspended driver's license. A subsequent search was conducted, locating the meth and paraphernalia.
