Indiana Cenral News VERMILLION COUNTY --- A Terre Haute woman was booked into the Vermillion County Jail last night after police responded to a suspicious person call. Tamara Carroll, 34, was wanted on a Vermillion County warrant, responding deputies soon discovered at the scene.
Carroll was reportedly standing in the intersection of St. Rd. 63 and Old St. Rd. 63 near Hillsdale just after 9 p.m. She was dressed in all black, the caller reported.
Deputies arrived a short time later and took the suspect into custody. "She stated that she was sitting down on the side of the road and doing her make up while waiting for a ride home," the VCSO press release states. Carroll remains held in the jail on a $20,000.00, no 10 percent allowed, warrant . Comments are closed.
