![]() By Lucy Perry Indiana Central News A Terre Haute woman was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence with children in the car following a traffic stop last night . Megan Lehman, 24, was booked into the Vigo County Jail and charged with:
The woman was stopped for no tail lights, near S. Seventh Street and Davis Avenue, around 7:30 p.m. Indiana State Police Sgt. Matt Ames explained that further investigation by the trooper revealed that Lehman was under the influence of a controlled substance. She reportedly refused to submit to a chemical test. Marijuana was found during a subsequent search of the vehicle. Lehman had two children, ages 6 and 7-months-old, in the vehicle at the time. They were released to their grandmother as the woman was taken into custody. Comments are closed.
