Indiana Central News The fourth suspect connected to a young child officials found to be starved to death in February of last year was sentenced in Vigo Superior Court Div. 6 Thursday. Sarah B. Travioli, 31, of Rosedale, represented by attorney Kal Ellis, was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Corrections for eight years, with credit for time served. The child's legal guardian, Robin L. Kraemer, 54; her husband, Hubert A. Kraemer, 57; Chad A. Kraemer, 34, were also recently sentenced in the case involving the 9-year-old child, diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and whom was emaciated --- weighing just 15 pounds at the time of his death. During the Vigo County Sheriff's Office investigation, the deceased child, as well as two other children, tested positive for methamphetamine. The court sentenced Travioli on the following charges, and based on her minimal criminal history :
According to court documents, Judge Michael Lewis ordered four years to be spent in prison, two years in the Vigo County in-home detention program and the balance of the sentencing with the defendant on formal probation , for two years.
